When the carrier takes charge of your work, I send you the parcel number in order to be able to follow its routing.

It is very rare that a painting arrives damaged because great care is taken in the packaging of the paintings : each painting is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then wedged in a very good quality cardboard with kraft paper so the paintings are very well protected.

If unfortunately there was any degradation during the delivery of the painting, so be reassured, the amount of this will be fully refunded. If the parcel ever arrives torn, holey, strongly distorted, it is highly desirable not to accept the package so that it is returned to the artist who can make a claim to be reimbursed by the carrier. Anyway, in all cases, you will be reimbursed (some photos will be requested)

The carrier needs a delivery address. This cannot be a PO Box as a signature is required upon delivery. They also need a phone number and an email address so the delivery person can contact you..

If you accept this quote, just contact me 50% the amount by credit card or Paypal account.

When I feel the painting is finished, I send you pictures.

We discuss it, you give me your comments and if necessary, I make changes according to your wishes.

I will send you pictures again until you are satisfied with the result.

I will then take all the finishing touches to your work (varnish, certificates ...) and prepare it for shipping.

The remaining balance due is requested at this time before shipment, always through the secure Paypal site.
