From 5 December 2025, two of my paintings took up residence for one month at the Pestana Cidadela Cascais. Showing my work there felt like starting a conversation with a place where creativity is part of the architecture. The atmosphere is open, curious and quietly elegant, and it invites you to meet art in the most natural way.
An Art District made for discovery
The Cidadela is known for its lively artistic life, with studios, galleries and temporary installations along its corridors and courtyards. Visitors wander, pause, turn a corner, and suddenly come across a work they did not expect. That spirit of discovery is exactly why I was so happy to be part of it for a while.
The two paintings on show
I chose these two paintings because they carry the contrasts, the colours and the emotional balance that guide my work. They were there like two small windows onto my world, waiting for anyone willing to slow down and simply look.
