Can I see a painting in detail through a video call ?Absolutely ! If there's a specific artwork you're interested in but can't visit the studio, we can arrange a live video call via WhatsApp or Zoom. This way, I can showcase the details of the painting and answer any questions you may have. It’s simple, free, and a great way for us to connect ! Just reach out to schedule an appointment.

What Payment Methods Are Available ?

The security of your transactions is paramount to me. All payments are securely processed through the Shopify platform, utilizing reliable payment methods. Here are the available options :

  • Credit and Debit Cards: I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • PayPal: Choose simplicity and security by paying directly with your PayPal account.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: Enjoy the speed and security of these mobile payment solutions.

How Does Shipping Work ?

Based in Portugal, I carefully ship all my artworks directly from my studio.

I am pleased to announce that shipping is free throughout Europe !

Once your payment is confirmed, I will prepare your painting for shipment, ensuring it is securely packaged and ready to make its journey to you. You will receive a tracking number to follow each step of the delivery.

For those who wish, I also offer the option to pick up your painting directly from the studio. I love welcoming visitors and sharing my passion for art with you !

Shipping Outside of Europe

For my clients outside of Europe, I am thrilled to offer worldwide shipping. However, a contribution to shipping costs will be requested for these deliveries. When you select international shipping in your cart, the fees will be automatically calculated. This contribution is a flat rate that helps me cover the total transport cost, which is actually higher than the amount requested.

Is It Possible to Return an Artwork and Get a Refund ?

I am dedicated to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to notify me and request a return. That said, this has never happened! In principle, all my clients prefer the artworks even more in reality than through their computer screens. The artworks must be returned in perfect condition, carefully packaged. Once the artwork is received, I am committed to processing your refund within a maximum of 14 days, provided the artwork is in its original condition, with initial shipping costs deducted.

Are the paintings on my website unique ?

Yes, each painting is unique and hand-painted by me. Every artwork is signed and countersigned on the back and will be delivered with an invoice and a certificate of authenticity. Each piece exists as a one-of-a-kind creation.

Do my paintings come with a certificate of authenticity ?

Yes, each artwork is shipped with its invoice and a certificate of authenticity signed by me, attesting that the piece is unique. The artwork is also signed on the back in addition to the initial signature.

Are the paintings ready to hang ?

Yes, a hanging system is already installed on the back of the painting, directly on the frame, and the edges of the artwork are painted for an optimal aesthetic finish.

I saw a painting on your site, but it's sold... can you recreate it ?

Unfortunately, no. Each painting is unique and hand-painted with deep emotion, so reproductions are not possible. However, I can create a custom piece in a similar style upon request, but there will never be two identical paintings!

Do you offer printed reproductions ?

At this time, no. However, I am exploring the possibility of offering numbered, high-quality lithographs very soon.

Where can I see your artworks in person ?

You can discover my artworks directly at my studio located in Ericeira, Portugal, not far from Lisbon, by appointment only. This is without any obligation on your part. Otherwise, subscribe to my newsletter and follow me on social media to learn about my next exhibition !

I would like to buy a painting, but I'm worried it will arrive damaged. What happens in that case ?

It is very rare for a painting to arrive damaged because I take great care in packaging. Each painting is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then secured in a high-quality box with kraft paper, ensuring optimal protection.

If, unfortunately, your painting arrives damaged, rest assured, I will issue a full refund. I advise you to take immediate photos of the package and the artwork, especially if it arrives in poor condition, to document its state upon arrival. If the package is damaged, I recommend that you do not accept it so it can be returned to me, allowing me to file a claim with the carrier. In any case, you will be refunded (a few photos will be requested).

What information do you need from me to ship my artworks ?

For shipping, I need your complete delivery address. It cannot be a P.O. box, as a signature is required upon delivery. I also need your phone number and email address so the courier can contact you if necessary.

Do you create custom, made-to-order paintings ?

Yes, I can create a piece exclusively for you, tailored to your wishes.

How can I order a custom painting ?

The first step is to contact me. I will confirm my availability to create your custom artwork. Together, we will define the size of the canvas, the style of painting you have in mind, and the colors you wish to use.

I will often ask you to provide me with 2 or 3 examples of paintings that you like, to fully grasp the spirit of your request. This process is merely to immerse myself in your expectations.

I never accept requests for exact reproductions of existing works, as I consider it a disrespect to the original artist and the owner of the artwork.

Once we agree on the terms, I will send you a quote through the secure PayPal site. If you accept this quote, you will only need to send me 50% of the amount via credit card or PayPal account.

Then, I will get to work !

When I believe the painting is complete, I will send you photos. We will discuss it, and if necessary, I will make modifications according to your wishes. I will send you photos again until you are satisfied with the result.

I will then take all finishing touches on your artwork (varnish, certificates...) and prepare it for shipping. The remaining balance will be requested at that time, prior to shipment, always via the secure PayPal site.

Your canvas will then be entrusted to a courier for delivery to your chosen location.

What is the timeline for completing a custom-made artwork ?

It depends on my schedule at the time of the order, the size of the commissioned piece, and the number of revisions needed. While this is handled on a case-by-case basis, your custom artwork will be completed within 2 to 3 weeks. Depending on the techniques used (acrylic, oil, varnish…), a minimum drying time will be observed to avoid damaging the canvas during transport.

What if I don’t like my custom order ?

Although I do everything to really listen to you and create what you have in mind, art is not a science, and it may happen that a commissioned piece does not match your vision. In that case, 25% of the total invoice (i.e., 50% of the initial deposit) can be used to purchase another painting available on my site.
