Returns and Refunds Policy

Artworks
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To arrange a return, please contact us at artist.lenonb@gmail.com.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork, once its original condition has been verified. If the artwork is damaged or shows signs of wear, a partial refund or no refund may be granted depending on its condition.

Digital products (PDF)
Digital products are delivered instantly by email after purchase. By completing your order, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the file has been delivered. Digital products are therefore non-refundable.

Printed books
Printed books are made on demand and include the PDF version, sent instantly by email.

• You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, before your book goes to print. Please contact us at artist.lenonb@gmail.com.
• After that, you can still return the book within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• In both cases, the value of the PDF (€7.90) will be deducted from your refund, as it has already been delivered.
• If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

Damage and Loss
We take every precaution to protect our products during shipping. If a package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately at artist.lenonb@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you and the carrier to find an appropriate solution.
