Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") govern the contractual relations between Lénon B, a contemporary artist residing in Portugal, registered under NIF 290411750, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") wishing to purchase artworks via the website lenon-b.com.
By placing an order, the Client unconditionally accepts these T&Cs.
- Products
Lénon B offers for sale original artworks, created and signed by the artist. Each artwork is unique. The descriptions, photographs, and information regarding the artworks are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colors and textures may occur due to differences in screen settings.
- Pricing
The prices of the artworks are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are not included in the artwork prices and will be added during the checkout process based on the delivery address, size, and weight of the package.
Lénon B reserves the right to change prices at any time but is committed to applying the prices in effect at the time of the order.
- Orders
The Client places an order via the website lenon-b.com. Any order is considered firm and final upon payment validation. The Client will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order details.
- Payment
Payment is made online through the secure payment methods provided on the site. The order will only be processed after full payment is received. In case of non-payment, Lénon B reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
- Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after payment validation. The choice of carrier is at the discretion of Lénon B based on the order and the availability of logistics partners. Once the order has been shipped, the Client will receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Lénon B cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
- Returns and Refunds
The Client has a withdrawal right of 7 days from the receipt of the artwork. To exercise this right, the Client must return the artwork in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the Client's responsibility.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned artwork, after verifying its original condition. In case of damage or signs of wear, a partial refund or no refund may be granted.
- Liability
Lénon B is committed to describing the artworks for sale as accurately as possible. However, Lénon B's liability cannot be engaged in case of errors or omissions in these descriptions or in the event of unavailability of the artwork after the order is placed.
Lénon B cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the purchase of an artwork on the site.
- Intellectual Property
All artworks and content on the site (texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of Lénon B unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of these elements without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Personal Data Protection
The information collected when placing an order is necessary for processing and shipping the orders. This information is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the execution of services offered on the site. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them. To exercise this right, the Client can contact Lénon B at the following email address: artist.lenonb@gmail.com.
- Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
- Modifications of the T&Cs
Lénon B reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new terms and conditions will apply to any new order placed after their publication on the site.
