Looking Back on SIAC Marseille 2023: Second Place in the Public Vote

The International Contemporary Art Fair (SIAC) in Marseille is an annual event that brings together artists from all over the world. From 10 to 13 March 2023, I took part for the first time, and it was an extraordinary experience.
A warm welcome
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a warm and curious public, keen to explore the stands. I quickly understood that SIAC was a place for creativity, originality and a shared love of art.
Over those four days, I met fascinating people, discovered remarkable works, and shared my own paintings with an enthusiastic audience. What struck me most was the need for colour, energy and joy I could see in the visitors' eyes. People were genuinely happy to be there, discovering new things in a festive atmosphere.
What I learned
I understood how important it is to pass on positive energy, and I was delighted to see my work contribute to that joy. Day after day, I learned a lot about myself and about others: I discovered new techniques, exchanged ideas with other artists, and saw how rich cultural diversity is. I came home more confident, with a heart full of joy and gratitude.
Second place in the public vote
I was overjoyed to be awarded second place among the artists at SIAC Marseille, by the public's vote. Knowing that my work touched visitors means a great deal to me. Thank you, sincerely, to everyone who voted for me and supports my journey.
This recognition encourages me to keep going, explore new ideas, and keep sharing my joy of living in colour with you. Painting has been far more than a hobby for me for many years: it's a real passion, a way of expressing myself through colours and shapes.

A heartfelt thank-you to my friends and to everyone who made this fair such a success for me. Painting takes patience, creativity and inspiration, and without the support of my friends and loved ones, I would never have lived moments like these. Thanks to you, I felt surrounded and encouraged to give my best.
