Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept returns under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork in its original packaging within a maximum of 7 days after receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A refund will be issued once the returned artwork is received and its original condition is verified. If the artwork is damaged or shows signs of wear, a partial refund or no refund may be granted depending on the condition of the artwork.
Damage and Loss
We take every precaution to protect the artworks during shipping. However, if an artwork arrives damaged or if a package is lost, please contact us immediately at artist.lenonb@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged artwork. We will work with you and the carrier to find an appropriate solution.
