Make Art Reconnect Yourself

MARY grew naturally out of my own history with painting — out of everything it has given me, and that I now know intimately: the power of artistic expression, and its benefits for personal development and for each of our own fulfilment.

From this experience came an obvious next step: the desire to learn more, so I could guide and support those who feel the wish, or the need, but don't always know where to start. So I trained in art therapy, and it's with what I learned that I invite you today to walk this path together.

There are two ways to join me : in person, through individual or small-group sessions, in my studio in Ericeira, Portugal — or from a distance, with my practical booklets, created to guide you wherever you are.
