MARY — My Creative Booklets

Not everyone can make it to my studio in Ericeira. To accompany you wherever you are, I created a collection of practical booklets — "Create to Reconnect With Yourself" — designed as small art-therapy guides, to practise at home, at your own pace, with no complicated materials or prior experience needed.

Volume 1 — Painting, the Power of Colour

Painting doesn't require technique or talent : just the permission to let a colour speak for you. This booklet guides you step by step to rediscover the pleasure of gesture, to tame your emotions through colour, and to offer yourself a gentle pause in your everyday life.
