This afternoon took place on Saturday 21 May 2022. Good news: I'm going back to Quinta da Almiara on 10 October 2026, for an afternoon of literature, wine and painting.
On Saturday 21 May 2022, I spent the afternoon at Quinta da Almiara, a wine estate in Torres Vedras, around a simple and happy combination: wine, painting and music. Entry was free.
The programme
From 2 pm, my original paintings were on show, while visitors tasted the estate's wines. At 5 pm, a quartet gave a classical concert, with works by Haydn, Stravinsky and Beethoven.
Painting, wine and music
It's a mix I love, because everyone finds a way in, whether they come for the art, the wine or the music. The idea was simple: come with friends, take your time, and look at painting with a glass in hand, without any pressure.

Since 2022, my paintings have travelled to many other exhibitions, which you can follow on my exhibitions page. Today, I mostly welcome visitors at my studio in Ericeira, during my Open House days, in spring and early December. You can also browse my abstract paintings online.
