Undertide I is the moment a wave closes over itself. The water curls, turns darker, and then it's all foam. In Ericeira, I watch this happen all day long.
Blue, turquoise and green twist together, with a few bright touches, like sunlight seen from under the water. It's what a surfer sees for a second, just before coming back up.
