Flower Power belongs to my Minis GEOMETRIK 20, little 20 × 20 cm canvases that take me back to the 1970s. Green and purple shapes repeat on a red background, like a border running around a page.
As a child I filled my notebooks with patterns like these. The name says the rest: the flowers, the colours, that carefree time. Small enough for a shelf, strong enough to be seen from across the room.
It belongs to my Pop Seventies collection.
Would you like to see it in person? I welcome visitors to my studio in Ericeira, by appointment: send me a message on WhatsApp.
