On a deep black background, hexagons in all sorts of colours fit tightly into each other, like the cells of a honeycomb. None of them is left on its own in a corner. That is where the title comes from.
It belongs to my Minis GEOMETRIK 20, little 20 × 20 cm canvases that take me back to the 1970s and the patterns of my childhood. The black makes every colour stand out, even from across the room.
It belongs to my Pop Seventies collection.
