Quarter circles, repeated again and again on a bright yellow background, like little fans opening. I used to fill whole pages of my school notebooks with this kind of pattern.
Red, green, blue, violet, black and white answer each other from one corner to the other. The square format, 40 × 40 cm, keeps it all tight and lively, a bit like a 1970s printed fabric.
It belongs to my Pop Seventies collection.
Would you like to see it in person? I welcome visitors to my studio in Ericeira, by appointment: send me a message on WhatsApp.
