I called it Be Happy because that is what it does to me. Reds and pinks take most of the space, with a bit of green and a light blue slipped in where you don't expect them.
Everything is done with the palette knife, in quick strokes, without thinking too much. Pink next to green should not work, and yet it does. A small 40 × 40 cm canvas that puts you in a good mood first thing in the morning.
It belongs to my Colors in Freedom collection. See all the works of the Kaleidoscopes series.
Would you like to see it in person? I welcome visitors to my studio in Ericeira, by appointment: send me a message on WhatsApp.
