Lisbon in a small square. The blues are for the Tagus, the warm tones for the façades in the sun, and in between, the shapes twist and turn like the streets going up and down the hills.
What I like about Lisbon is that it is calm and lively at the same time. I tried to keep both: the river taking its time and the busy façades. A 40 × 40 cm canvas, the format of the whole Kaleidoscope series.
It belongs to my Colors in Freedom collection. See all the works of the Kaleidoscopes series.
Would you like to see it in person? I welcome visitors to my studio in Ericeira, by appointment: send me a message on WhatsApp.
