La Boîte à Sardine is part of my “POP” series. With its buttercup yellow background and concentric rectangles in shades of blue and black, this work plays with rhythm, humor, and geometric repetition. At the center, a white circle recalls the sardine’s eye, a playful nod that gives character to the composition. Inspired by the 1970s pop universe, it revisits retro aesthetics with a contemporary approach.
