NOTRE-DAME DE PARIS is inspired by the timeless splendor of the cathedral and the magic of its stained-glass windows. On a matte black background, colorful rectangles shine like fragments of light, evoking the spiritual strength and architectural beauty of this iconic monument.
Each hue, applied with a palette knife, recalls the richness of medieval glass: warm golds, deep blues, touches of red and orange. Together, they create a play of light that seems to pass through the canvas, as if sunlight were filtering through Notre-Dame’s stained glass.
