Everyone remembers those cubes you could turn for hours without ever finishing them. I painted mine at 120 × 120 cm, with blocks of colour fitting into each other, some in the light, some in shadow, so the whole thing has volume.
It belongs to my Pop Seventies paintings: bright colours, clean shapes and the good mood of the toys we had back then. This one, at least, never needs solving.
It belongs to my Pop Seventies collection.
