Some things are hard to put into words: a tiredness that won't turn into sentences, a joy too big to hold, thoughts going round in circles. Color speaks a language older than words.
That belief is where the first MARY notebook was born: Painting, the Power of Color. A booklet to paint at home, at your own pace, and feel better. Here, the goal isn't to make something beautiful. The goal is to feel better.
Why MARY
MARY stands for Make Art, Reconnect Yourself. It's also a name: a Scottish friend I met in 2024. She thought art "wasn't for her anymore". I invited her to the studio: a sunny yellow and a deep blue, and I watched her come back to herself, step by step. That day, I knew I wanted to offer this space to as many people as possible.
The booklet is the first door. You can open it at home, without me, whenever you need it.
