My Experience at the Artist Meeting – Knokke 2025 - An unforgettable journey

A Prestigious Setting
In August 2025, I had the great joy of being selected to take part in the Artist Meeting in Knokke, at the legendary Grand Casino. This international art fair is renowned as one of the most elegant and inspiring events in Europe. I arrived with excitement and left with stars in my eyes.
The VIP Opening Night
It all began on August 21st with a private VIP evening. A unique moment to meet collectors, art lovers and enthusiasts in a refined atmosphere. The conversations were warm, genuine and full of curiosity about my work.
Three Intense Days of Exhibition
From August 22nd to 24th, my paintings were shown alongside artworks from around the world. The audience was numerous, sensitive and deeply attentive. I felt their genuine receptiveness: thoughtful glances, heartfelt compliments, and encouragement that still move me.
One highlight was meeting Maddy, Christophe and Vire, who adopted "Autant en emporte le vent". Christophe literally fell in love with this painting, and I am so happy that it now lives in their home in Sint-Laureins, Belgium, near the Dutch border.
Nymphéas and Barthélémy also touched many visitors, with several still considering adopting them.
A Human and Artistic Adventure
Beyond the paintings, Knokke was a human adventure. The exchanges with visitors, the bonds created with other artists, the cosmopolitan spirit… all of this nourished my journey and strengthened my desire to share my universe.
Behind the scenes was another story: flights, trains, transporting canvases, stretching large formats like Nymphéas, Barthélémy and Golden Hour with my son Clément. The next day, a few sore muscles and blisters were well worth it when I saw the interest of visitors.
A Lasting Memory
Knokke 2025 will remain a milestone in my artistic path. The beauty of the venue, the warmth of the exchanges, the magic of these moments… all will stay with me.
