Choosing your workshop is already part of the journey

Choosing your workshop is already part of the journey

We don’t choose a workshop the way we tick a box on a form.

We choose it with the body, with the mood of the moment — sometimes even with a sigh.
This choice says something about what we need: to slow down, to express, to let go, to refill, or simply to breathe differently.

At MARY, each workshop offers a different creative mediation — a way to reconnect with yourself through matter, color, words, or form.

It’s not about knowing how, but about allowing yourself.

The finished object isn’t the goal. What matters is the experience, the gesture, and what it shifts inside.

How to choose

There’s no right or wrong choice — only the one that feels right, right now.
Listen to your current need:

  • Want to feel and touch → Clay
  • Want to move with color → Painting
  • Want to assemble and organize → Collage
  • Want to find calm and unity → Mandala
  • Want to understand or clarify → Writing

Each mediation has its own tone, rhythm, and way of speaking to you.

Some speak to the body, others to the mind — and some to that mysterious place in between.
The best way to choose is often to follow your curiosity or the mood of the day.
