Why modelling does you good
Some days, everything moves too fast in your head. Modelling brings you back to your body, through your hands: kneading, rolling, pinching, hollowing, smoothing. The material is there, it pushes back a little, it keeps the trace of your fingers. Little by little, the mind settles and you come back to yourself.
A block of clay, a little air-dry clay or homemade salt dough, a table and your two hands are enough. No kiln, no studio.
